Outline of Research at the Start

EB1が肝細胞癌における予後および再発予測バイオマーカーとして有用であることを報告した。そして、肝癌細胞株のRNAマイクロアレイ解析でEB1の発現と連動してA1BG遺伝子の発現が増減することを発見した。Alpha 1B-Glycoprotein(A1BG)は免疫グロブリンスーパーファミリーのメンバーに属する血漿タンパクであり、免疫にも関与するものである。しかし、EB1とA1BGの関連性に関する研究はこれまでにないため、肝細胞癌におけるそれらの関連性を解明する。
