Outline of Research at the Start

消化管癌 (食道癌、胃癌、大腸癌)に対するキードラッグであるオキサリプラチンには抗腫瘍免疫を惹起する作用があることが示唆されているが、その詳細は明らかになってない。近年、抗癌剤や放射線照射が抗腫瘍免疫を惹起する機序として、癌細胞中のcGAS-STING経路の活性化が注目されている。オキサリプラチンがミトコンドリア障害を惹起しcGAS-STING経路を活性化する可能性が示唆されているがその詳細は不明である。本研究では、消化管癌においてオキサリプラチンが抗腫瘍免疫を惹起するかについて検討し、その機序の解明を目指す。さらに、オキサリプラチンベースの化学療法とICIの併用レジメンの効果予測マーカーの同定も目指す。
