Outline of Research at the Start

既知の単一の腫瘍関連抗原(TAA)遺伝子ではなく，腫瘍由来の全RNAをiPSDCsに導入することで，既知のTAAのみならずneoantigenも含む多数の抗原を提示することができ，さらに，ユビキチン遺伝子も同時に導入することで，多種多量の腫瘍特異的細胞傷害性Tリンパ球(CTLs)を効率的に誘導できるのではないかと考えた．研究成果により，抗腫瘍効果を飛躍的に増強させた新規ワクチン療法の開発に貢献することが期待される．
