Outline of Research at the Start

がん終末期には体液貯留による様々な苦痛が生じる。血管内皮グリコカリックスは血管透過性保持に関連し、全身炎症により脱落することが知られている。がん悪液質は炎症性サイトカインによる全身炎症が病態の主因と考えられている。本研究では、がん悪液質による血管内皮グリコカリックス脱落の機序を解明し、血管透過性が亢進するかについてマウスによる動物実験にて検証を進める。
