Outline of Research at the Start

術後せん妄は高齢者に高頻度に発生し、QOLや長期予後の悪化を引き起こす深刻な問題である。本研究では、簡易脳波による反復測定と認知機能評価を組み合わせて、術後せん妄の診断・重症度評価・予測に関する新たな定量的指標を開発し、さらに術中の血圧・EtCO2;・BIS値等の生理指標と連動させた個別化管理によって予防可能かを検討する。高齢者手術患者のせん妄リスク層別化と臨床応用可能な管理指標の確立を通じて、術後合併症の低減と予後改善を目指す。
