Outline of Research at the Start

「痛み」は主観的な感覚であり、その測定・評価は難しい。申請者らの研究グループは以前に指尖光電容積脈波と観血的動脈圧から導かれる血管剛性値Kが痛みを定量的に測定できることを報告した。さらに我々は標準化テタヌス刺激に対するKの反応閾値をMinimum evoked current of K（以下MECK）と新たに定義することで、個人差を極めて小さな範囲に抑えることに成功した。MECKを用いて全身麻酔下での手術を受ける患者のオピオイド感受性を指標化し、さらにＫによる痛みの定量化の結果と組み合わせて、至適オピオイド量を自動的に決定しテイラーメイドの全身麻酔を出来るようにすることが本研究の目的である。
