Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では硬膜外麻酔を用いた無痛分娩が妊婦の循環動態にどのような影響を与えるのか明らかにする。初年度は無痛分娩例および無痛分娩非実施例の心機能測定を行い、データ収集を行う。次年度以降は初年度で測定症例が目標数に達していなければ追加測定を行い、目標数に達した時点で、①無痛分娩を実施しない健康な妊婦の経腟分娩時の心機能の変動、②無痛分娩を実施する健康な妊婦の経腟分娩時の心機能の変動、③1と2(無痛分娩ありとなしの経腟分娩時の心機能)に”違い”があるか、④3で明らかとなった”違い”の原因、⑤1と2の間において、1回の子宮収縮の際の循環動態に変動の違い、の5点について解明を進める。
