Outline of Research at the Start

集中治療下では厳格な心拍数や血圧の制御が重要となる場面が多く自律神経の調整が重要である。更に近年、敗血症等の全身性炎症が自律神経の制御を受けることが報告されている。本研究では、集中治療中の重症患者を対象として、鍼治療による心拍及び血圧等の生理学的指標と自律神経の活動性の変化を検討し、集中治療患者の心血管反応や炎症の制御に関する鍼治療の効果の機序の一端を明らかにする。
