Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、ARDS患者の肺の状態をフェノタイプ分類するために、肺の『ストレイン』の定量化に注目する。ブタARDSモデルを作成し、電気インピーダンストモグラフィ測定を行い、呼吸ダイナミックCTをゴールドスタンダードの検査として使用する。本研究の成果は、肺ストレインに基づく個別化医療を提案し、ARDS患者の患者の死亡率や人工呼吸離脱率の改善に貢献する。
