Outline of Research at the Start

膝前十字靭帯損傷患者は急性期に手術加療を受ける場合が多いのが実際ではあるが、社会的理由(学問、進学、転居、仕事など)から待機的に手術をされる患者も一定数いる。こうして生じる陳旧性膝前十字靭帯損傷症例は、大腿骨に対する脛骨の相対位置が急性期症例に比べより前方に偏位しており、さらには受傷からの時間が長いほど膝回旋不安定性が大きくなることが報告されている。このような陳旧性症例に対する外側関節外腱固定術追加の効果・影響は不明である。受傷後6か月以上経過した陳旧性前十字靭帯損傷膝に対する外側関節外腱固定術追加の有無による術後膝回旋不安定性、臨床成績について検討する。
