Abscopal effectは、局所療法から他部位への抗腫瘍効果をもたらすものである。我々は①cryoablationと抗CD47によるabscopal effectの誘導、②cryoablation後の優位なmacrophageの浸潤、③免疫治療後の再発におけるbeta-cateninの増強を掴んでいる。本研究では、悪性骨軟部腫瘍に対しcryoablationによるmacrophageを起点とした効率的なabscopal effectの誘導を、WNT/beta-catenin経路の制御をもとに実現することを目的とした。
