Outline of Research at the Start

世界中、本邦においても糖尿病患者は急速に増加しており、インスリン抵抗性に起因する高インスリン血症を呈する。高インスリン血症は、前立腺がん発症や治療抵抗性獲得の原因になる。本研究の目的は、インスリン負荷でより治療抵抗性が増強するメカニズムを解明し、特に高インスリン血症である2型糖尿病患者における前立腺がん治療の新たなターゲットを見つけることである。
