Outline of Research at the Start	本研究では、卵管上皮オルガノイドを用いて、高異型度漿液性卵巣癌（HGSC）の発癌に関わるstem-like cellの特性と酸化ストレス応答を解析する。CRISPR-Cas9により段階的に遺伝子変異を導入し、発癌モデルを構築。ヒト検体を用いた検証も行い、新規治療標的やバイオマーカーの同定を目指す。
