Outline of Research at the Start	加齢による獲得卵子数の低下は克服すべき重要な課題の一つである。マウスにおいて卵巣組織内の線維芽細胞の蓄積(卵巣の線維化)が卵胞発育障害と関係すること、線維芽細胞の除去が卵巣機能の回復をもたらすことが報告された。ヒトでも卵巣内の線維化細胞の除去が高齢女性に対する新規治療戦略となる可能性があるが、十分な研究がなされていない。近年、心臓においてリンパ管の新生能力を付与した細胞治療が炎症性の線維芽細胞を減少させ、組織機能を回復させることが報告された。本研究では、卵巣内リンパ管誘導を介した繊維化除去療法の開発と、その分子基盤の確立を目的とする。
