Outline of Research at the Start

これまでに、妊娠20週台に絨毛膜羊膜炎を発症した妊婦の子宮内環境について注目し、通常の細菌性腟症治療では予防が困難な再発例の臨床経験を蓄積してきた。また16S rRNAシークエンスを活用し、腟内・子宮内の細菌叢と慢性子宮内膜炎、不育症の関係性が報告されている。これらを基盤に、絨毛膜羊膜炎の予防的介入法を探索する本研究に着手する。
