Outline of Research at the Start

わが国には分娩遷延の明確な指標は存在せず、分娩停止の定義もFriedman曲線を基準に定められており見直しが必要である。本研究の目的は、分娩第一期活動期および分娩第二期において“遷延”および“停止”と考えられる所要時間を明らかにし、臨床応用できる分娩遷延・停止の指標を示すことである。日本産科婦人科学会周産期委員会／MFICU連絡協議会を通じて協力を募り、全国の分娩施設からパルトグラムのデータを収集し、分娩遷延・分娩停止の新たな指標を示す。これらの指標が示されることで母児にとってより安全な医療が提供される事を目指す。
