Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では妊娠ラット子宮筋を用いて、プロゲステロン(P)のmembrane Progesterone Receptors (mPRs)を介した非ゲノム作用の下流シグナル伝達の解明および、妊娠時に顕著な発現変化がみられるProgestin and AdipoQ Receptror family member Ⅷ:Paqr8(mPRβ)の生体レベルでの機能解析を通じ、妊娠維持機構におけるPの“非ゲノム作用”について分子基盤を解き明かす。
