Outline of Research at the Start

主にマウスを対象に非可聴域の超音波を骨導から入力し、聴性脳幹反応(ABR)と蝸牛マイクロフォン電位(CM)を計測することで受容可能な超音波上限を決定する。次に、騒音性および薬剤性難聴モデルマウスを作成し、ABRとCMの変化を検証する。
以上の結果からマウスの超音波受容機構を解明し難聴の予防・予後診断に寄与できる内耳性疾患を抽出していく。
