Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、Col4a3欠損マウスの網膜における網膜病変の分子機構を明らかにするため、まず眼底撮影と免疫染色により網膜異常を確認する。次に、網膜細胞を単離して単一細胞RNA-seqを行い、発現変化と補体系・免疫応答の関与を解析する。続いて、重要遺伝子の発現を組織学的に検証し、補体阻害剤や免疫抑制剤による治療介入実験を実施してその効果を評価する。
