Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、乳癌罹患率の増加とそれに伴う乳房再建の需要を背景に、筋体や皮膚を含まない、
ドナーへの犠牲が少ない脂肪層のみからなる脂肪弁の開発を目指しています。脂肪層のみの穿通枝弁の血行動態と脂肪注入の生着の可否を検証することを目的としています。ラットモデルを用いて脂肪弁の血行動態と生着の可能性を評価し、さらに脂肪注入の適用性も検証します。これにより、移植床としての良好な条件を満たす脂肪弁を確立し、脂肪注入とのハイブリッドによる次世代の乳房再建法として患者の満足度を高めます。
