Outline of Research at the Start	閉塞性睡眠時無呼吸症に対する治療は重症例を対象とした持続陽圧呼吸と軽症と中等症を対象とした口腔内装置が保険適用されている。しかし、OAには一部不応例が存在し、治療介入後でないと不応例の判断ができない。不応例の場合、治療介入後に医科へのCPAP依頼が必要となり、患者・医療従事者の双方に不要な時間・経費が生じてしまう。OSA治療において最適なオーダーメイド医療を提供するにはOA不応例の早期特定が必須である。本研究ではこれまでの研究より得られた顎骨移動による上気道の体積変化に着目した治療効果予測モデルを作成し、OSA治療選択のプラットフォームの構築を目的とする。
