Outline of Research at the Start

口腔癌における頸部リンパ節転移症例では予後不良な場合が多いため、、頸部リンパ節を正確に評価することは、適切な治療方針の決定および予後の改善をもたらすことが期待できる。
近年、造影CTなどにより算出される細胞外容積分画 (Extra-cellular volume fraction : ECV)が、がん組織の線維亢進により上昇することが報告されている。
本研究の目的は、ECVを用いて、転移リンパ節内部の線維性間質を定量的に測定することにより、新たなリンパ節転移の画像診断モダリティの確立を行うことである。
