間接比較を用いてハ ザード比を統合し、治療順序間の比較を行うことで、この課題を解決し、エビデンスに基づいた効率 的な治療選択を支援する。本研究で開発する手法は、他の癌種における費用対効果評価にも応用 可能であり、幅広い癌腫における効率的な治療戦略の立案に貢献することが期待される。
