Outline of Research at the Start

うつ病治療において非薬物療法の注目が高まっており、海外では鍼灸が有効性の高い補完医療として活用されている。しかし日本では鍼灸と精神科医療の連携は十分に進んでいない。
本研究の目的は、鍼灸師がうつ病患者に対してより最適なケアと医療連携を提供できるよう支援するツールを開発し、精神科医療と鍼灸が連携する地域における新しい統合医療モデルの構築とその効果を検証することである。まず、鍼灸師の精神科領域における診療上の課題を全国調査で明らかにし、得られたデータを基に支援ツールを開発する。次に、支援ツールが鍼灸師の診療能力や患者の症状改善に寄与するかをランダム化比較試験で検証する。
