Outline of Research at the Start	日本では2019年に医薬品等に対する費用対効果評価制度が導入されており、最近では新生児を対象とするマススクリーニングの拡充検討においても費用対効果の検証が実施されている。しかしアウトカム算出に必要な国内測定ＱＯＬ値が存在しないため、正確な費用対効果評価が難しいという課題がある。本研究では、小児慢性疾患に関する国内ＱＯＬデータの測定とそれを用いた費用対効果評価を行う。国内ＱＯＬデータを利用した公的な分析の実施は、より適正な薬価調整や、こどもや家族のＱＯＬの更なる向上を導く新生児マススクリーニング対象疾患の選択へと繋げることが期待される。
