Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、2024年4月に本格施行されたいわゆる「医師の働き方改革」が、医師、看護師、初期研修医といった医療従事者のメンタルヘルスに与える影響を明らかにし、特に初期研修医に対しては現場で実施可能かつ継続可能なメンタルヘルス介入の有効性を検証することを目的とする。山梨大学医学部附属病院の全医師・看護師を対象としたMBI等による横断調査、および初期研修医に対する縦断的評価に加え、精神科研修中に小規模な対話グループ会を実施し、その心理的効果を検証する。働き方改革の効果と課題を実証的に明らかにし、医療現場で活用可能な支援モデルの構築を目指す。
