Outline of Research at the Start

産後ケアでは、心理社会的状況と様々な健康問題を統合して対応する包括的アプローチが求められるため、包括的な産後ケアを支援するシステム構築が望まれるが、その基盤となる産後女性の健康問題や援助希求行動のパターンを縦断的かつ総合的に捉えた研究はない。また、欧米諸国ではプライマリ・ケアを提供するかかりつけ医 (usual source of care:USC) による産後ケアが推奨されているが、プライマリ・ケア体制が未だ脆弱である本邦では、産後ケアにおけるUSCの意義は明らかではない。本研究では、産後女性の健康問題、援助希求行動、それらのUSCとの関係性について前向きコホート研究により究明する。
