Outline of Research at the Start

透析患者の多くは高齢者であり、腎機能が廃絶している性質上、多くの合併症により多剤併用となっているケースがほとんどである。従って人工透析下では、ポリファーマシーが治療上の大きな課題となっている。本研究は、透析患者の遺伝的背景を含む個人特性を考慮して、データサイエンスの領域から「真に服薬が必要な透析患者」の判別を可能とするアルゴリズムを創成する。
