Outline of Research at the Start

神経線維腫症1型（NF1）は，生命予後に関わる悪性腫瘍の罹患リスクが高まるが，症状の個人差が大きいことや本邦における体系的な診療体制が不足していることから，適切な情報提供やフォローアップが行われているとは言い難い。
本研究では，NF1の疾患概要，国内の診療実態，心理社会的支援，最新の研究動向などが網羅されたガイドブックを開発し，全国の医療者やNF1の当事者が利用できるように公開することを目的とする。ガイドブック作成の過程で，インタビューやアンケート調査によるNF1患者および家族のニーズ抽出，学会や海外の当事者団体から収集した最新知見の収集，PPIを活用したフィードバックシステムの構築を行う。
