Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、日本における不整脈診療の費用対効果を評価し、最適な治療戦略を確立することを目的とする。高齢化に伴い不整脈患者が増加する中、医療の高度化は費用増加を招いているが、その経済的妥当性は十分に検証されていない。文献レビューや大規模横断研究を通じて日本人患者の基盤データを整備し、シミュレーションモデルを用いた費用対効果評価を実施することで、持続可能な不整脈診療体制の構築に貢献する。
