Outline of Research at the Start

回復期リハビリテーション病棟（回リハ病棟）の効果検証は，その人らしい自宅生活を送るうえで，対象者自身が改善したと思うことが重要であり，その効果判定には，健康関連QOLに加えて，近年ではWell-beingを評価することが重要されているが，Well-beingに焦点を当てた検討は十分ではない．
本研究では，Well-beingの効用値尺度である，The ICEpop CAPability measure forAdults（ICECAP‐A）におけるWell-being値を用いて，Well-beingを改善させる因果関係を検討することで回リハ病棟でのリハビリ効果の指標として有用であるか検証する．
