Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、薬剤師のキャリア成熟に影響を与える要因を明らかにすることを目的とする。近年、薬剤師に求められる役割は高度化・多様化しており、専門職としての継続的な成長には職業的アイデンティティやプロフェッショナル・コンフィデンスが重要な役割を果たすと考えられる。本研究では、臨床経験5年以上の薬剤師を対象に、質的調査および量的調査を通じて、キャリア成熟の構成要素を明らかにし、それに影響を与える個人特性や人口学的特性との関係性を統計的に検討する。得られた結果は、薬剤師個人のキャリア形成支援だけでなく、教育や職場でのキャリア支援策の構築にも貢献することが期待される。
