Outline of Research at the Start

近年、電子化医療情報を用いた多層的データ解析の整備が諸外国で急激に進んでおり、我が国も乗り遅れずに環境整備と解析を進める必要がある。本研究では既に同意取得された対象者の、電子化医療情報に基づいた多層的データを作成し、因果媒介分析・機械学習・Pooled Logistic Regressionなどの高度な因果推論の手法を用いてウェルビーイングに影響する因子を解析する。単に関連を調べるだけでなく、具体的に介入すべき因子の評価が可能となり、ウェルビーイングの増進に適切ないし不適切な医療行為が同定可能となる。このような知見によって医療の最適化を行うことで、個人だけでなく日本社会全体の利益につながると考えられる。
