Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、大規模医療データベースを用いて母子連接コホートを構築し、子の疾病の関連因子を網羅的に検証することである。具体的には、日本国内の1,900万人をカバーする診療報酬由来のデータベースから上記コホートを構築し、①子の疾患に寄与する因子の探索、②個別の臨床疑問を立てた上で、精緻な関連性の検証を行う。これらの解析結果を相関マッピングなど一覧性の高い手法や、因果推論を補強する統計手法で可視化する。この研究により、患者のアウトカム向上は勿論、医療政策、治療戦略、薬品開発分野に寄与しうる。
