Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、地域在住高齢者において、ストレスおよびコーピング（ストレス対処行動）が口腔・嚥下機能に与える影響を明らかにすることを目的とする。通いの場に参加する高齢者110名（G*Powerを用いて算出）を対象に、口腔機能や嚥下機能、自覚ストレス、コーピング行動を評価し、相互の関連を分析する。ストレスの程度や対処方法の違いが、オーラルフレイルや機能低下とどのように関係するかを明らかにし、精神的側面からの新たなアプローチの構築を目指す。
