Outline of Research at the Start

近年、孤立・孤独感は、メンタルヘルス不調や自殺だけでなく心血管疾患やがんといった身体的疾患、さらには総死亡リスクの上昇にまで影響を及ぼすことが明らかになっている。本研究では、日本の職域疫学研究により、職場における孤立・孤独感の様々な側面に着目し、心身の健康、生活習慣、労働生産性との関連を明らかにする。
