Outline of Research at the Start

保健人材の能力向上を目的に、世界中で無数の研修が実施されている。特に低・中所得国の保健医療分野では、非常に多くの様々な研修が、国際援助機関の支援のもと実施されている。しかし、これら研修の効果を科学的に検証・評価した研究は希有である。
本研究では、低・中所得国における保健人材（医師・看護師等）が研修で得た知識や技術の実践レベル（研修効果）を評価し、実践レベルに影響を与える要因と要因間の関連性（構造）と、その背景を混合研究法を採用して、明らかにすることを目指す。研修実施組織である国際援助機関や被援助国政府に対する、エビデンスに基づいた具体的改善策を含む提言を行う。
