Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、コホート研究「LIFE Study」「VENUS Study」において自治体より提供を受け構築されている予防接種台帳、住民基本台帳及び国民健康保険加入者の医療レセプトデータ等を用い、ロタウイルスワクチンにおける5つの評価（①有効性評価、②胃腸炎発症時の累積直接医療費による費用対効果の推計、③安全性評価、④AMR対策への効果、⑤集団免疫効果）を実施する。これらの評価を複数自治体において実施することで、小児ワクチンの有効性・安全性における多角的評価方法の確立を目指す。
