Outline of Research at the Start

初めて就職した施設で働く20歳代看護師（以下、早期キャリア看護師)の約半数が退職や転職を選ぶ。そのため、早期キャリア看護師が、より満足度の高い生活を送ることを可能にするキャリアデザイン支援は重要である。
本研究では早期キャリア看護師を対象に、キャリアデザインツールを開発し、ツール活用時に生じる課題をアンケートと面接により特定し、キャリアデザイン支援プログラムに必要な視点を得る。その後、ツールを用いたキャリアデザイン支援プログラムを開発し、将来のビジョン到達に向けた効果的な行動計画を立案できるかを評価する。それにより、早期キャリア看護師が生活満足度の高いキャリアをデザインすることが可能になる。
