Outline of Research at the Start	AIの活用が求められているが、看護教育においてAIの活用は限られた場面しかない。本研究は、看護教育における事例学習支援の質的向上を目的とし、教員の実践知を基盤とした人工知能モデルの構築と、その実行可能性を検証する。まず、看護教員が事例を作成・活用する際の暗黙知や共通構造を明らかにする。次に、その知見に基づいてAIの学習用データセットを作成し、妥当性を検証する。その後、Webベースの事例生成AIを構築し、生成された事例の適合性、再現性、実行効率といった指標から性能を評価する。
