Outline of Research at the Start

寝たきり高齢者を対象として、30度側臥位での褥瘡好発部位(大転子部)の軟部組織近傍に発生するせん断応力、及び阻血性を経時的にelastography(超音波診断装置)を用いて調べることで、側臥位におけるマット内圧と生体力学からみた褥瘡の発生機序の関連性を明らかにする。
