Outline of Research at the Start	外国人患者をケアする看護師が看護ケアを実施する際に、文化的背景の違いから様々な困難が生じている。本研究はそのような状況を打開することを目指したものである。研究目的は、看護師の文化能力が向上する要因を特定し、それぞれの要因が文化能力にどの程度寄与しているかを明らかにすることによって、看護師の文化能力の向上のための効果的な支援を検討することである。
