Outline of Research at the Start

①MASLD患者の食事・運動療法の長期継続を目的に、体重管理などの従来の身体モニタリング機能に加え、患者が食事・運動療法を継続する基盤となるモチベーションを支援するスマートフォンアプリ（以下アプリ）を試作する。②MASLD患者を対象に、試作したアプリによる日常的な支援と定期的な動機づけ面接を併用し、心身両側面の支援を試み、食事・運動療法の継続に対する有効性を検証する。③実施した支援過程の結果を基に、肝臓専門医や肝炎医療コーディネーター、動機づけ面接の専門家らとともに、改善を図り、臨床で活用できる、MASLD患者の食事・運動療法の長期継続に有用な支援モデルを開発する。
