Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、フレイルを呈する心疾患患者を対象に、心腎機能の向上に特化した運動療法および身体活動管理プログラムを開発し、その効果を検証することを目的とする。
「フレイルを呈する心疾患患者を対象とした、身体活動、身体機能、ならびに心腎機能との関係性の調査(研究課題1)」、ならびに「研究課題１に基づく運動療法及び身体活動管理プログラムの開発と効果検証（研究課題2）」を通して、リアルワールドの心疾患患者の心腎機能を安全かつ効果的に向上する戦略を構築する。この構築が実現すれば、心疾患患者の生命予後改善、人工透析回避、ならびに医療費削減など医療面・経済面への大きな波及効果が期待できる。
