Outline of Research at the Start

計画している具体的な取り組みは，①未解明な退院後の生活適応過程に関する調査，②その結果と自身の基礎研究成果を基に「くも膜下出血患者回復促進看護ケアプログラム」の素案を作成，③臨床専門家へのヒアリングおよびプレテストを通じたフィードバックループを活用したプログラムの最適化，④プログラム実施および退院後の身体機能・心理状態，生活適応，満足度のアウトカム指標に基づいたプログラムの初期評価である。本研究の成果は，くも膜下出血術後患者の回復を促進し，生活の質を向上させるための基礎的な知見を提供し，今後のプログラム効果検証に向けた基盤を築くものである。
