Outline of Research at the Start

我が国は、高齢多死社会であり、今後更にがん終末期ケアの看取りにおいて看護師の果たす役割は大きい。そこで看護師が、がん終末期患者との死別体験で受けとる喪失感情は、患者や家族とは異なり社会的に公認されず、看護師の悲嘆に対する支援体制は見当たらない。
しかし、悲嘆感情を適切に対処しなければ蓄積し、共感疲労や燃えつき症候群が生じ、離職の原因に繋がり、がん看護の質の確保の面から問題となる。そこで、困難な状況に直面した際に発揮される心理的回復力であるレジリエンスに着目し、看護師のレジリエンスの促進を質的量的に調査し、離職予防に向けたセルフケア支援のプログラム構築し、臨床の場に実装する方略への手がかりを得る。
