Outline of Research at the Start

天疱瘡・類天疱瘡は、全身の皮膚や粘膜に水疱・びらん・紅斑などを生じる希少難治性の自己免疫疾患であり、症状や長期的な治療は、患者の生活の質であるQuality of Life(以下、QOL)にさまざまな影響を及ぼす。
本研究では、天疱瘡・類天疱瘡患者が日々の療養生活の中で満たされていないニーズ（以下、Unmet Needs）を支援するために、研究者と患者が共に問題解決に取り組むアクションリサーチ法を用い、第一に、臨床現場でQOLを評価し、患者に還元する仕組みを構築する。第二に、臨床現場と同等に患者のUnmet Needsを支援する上で重要な患者会の役割や存在意義を問い直し、持続可能な運営方法を創出する。
