Outline of Research at the Start

周産期の両親にとって、セルフ・コンパッション（辛い時に自分自身に向ける思いやりの気持ち）の活性化は、困難な経験の認知的適応を促し、メンタルヘルスの維持や育児生活への準備性向上のために重要である。協働育児の強化も、共働きや核家族化が進んだ本邦において、様々な育児上の困難を乗り越えて家族全体の健康を守る上で重要である。そこで、本研究は、周産期にある両親における育児生活への準備性向上に貢献できるよう、セルフ・コンパッション両親学級プログラムを開発し、セルフ・コンパッションと協働育児における有用性を検証することを目的とする。
