Outline of Research at the Start	浜松母と子の出生コホート研究（HBC Study）参加者の内、胎盤サンプルと周産期の情報が収集可能な正期産者77人を対象とする。対象者の胎盤のパラフィン包埋サンプルを免疫染色し、脂肪酸代謝に関与するCYP2J2、CYP2C8、CYP2C9とsEHを検出する。さらに、AI画像解析で「輝度値」として定量化する。この定量化データと出生体重、臍帯血中脂肪酸代謝物・sEH濃度、胎盤機能指標との関連を検証する。さらに、新たに母体の血清を取得し、臍帯血中の脂肪酸代謝物濃度、やせ志向、体型の認識、体重増加の受容性、出生体重の因果関係を証明する。
