Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、省察的学習の促進を主眼に、経験学習モデルに基づくケースメソッドを通じ、養護教諭のヘルスアセスメント実践力の向上を支援するモデルを開発・評価する。開発したモデルを養護教諭養成課程の学生を対象に、事例作成を通じた学習プロセスを支援するケースメソッドを実践し、量的・質的に調査・分析・評価をする。本研究は、事例作成を学習プロセスに組み込むことで、養護教諭が自らの実践を振り返り、省察を通じてその実践力を高める効果的なモデルを提示する。急速に変化しうる社会や多様化・複雑化する子供の心身の健康課題に対応できる『省察的実践家』として、養護教諭の養成・育成に貢献することを目指す。
